How do I sign up for the free trial?
If you sign up for a new Silver plan, your free trial will start automatically. We want you to be confident in our product, and we’re so confident that you’ll be confident, we grant free trials to everyone. So all you need to do is sign up for Silver, and you’ll be in Trial Mode for 7 days.
Please note due to overhead costs of Gold plans, we only offer free trials for Silver.

How can I see my current subscription plan?
You can see your current subscription on the Subscription Tab from the sidebar when you are logged into your account. You'll also be able to see when the subscription renews and be able to change details about it on that Tab.
If you're on mobile, look for the More... tab and then the Subscription heading.
What is Chargebee and why does CityFALCON use it?
Chargebee is a payment processing provider that does all the legwork of financial transaction processing for us. We're a news aggregator, filterer, personliser, and provider, but we don't know much about payment processing. There are also many laws and industry standards with which payment processors must comply.
So, we don't process the payments ourselves. We pay Chargebee a service fee and they do all the legal and financial compliance and processing for us.
But you don't need to sign up with Chargebee to make payments and get your subscription. In addition to providing payment processing services, Chargebee also provides us with hosted pages that they designed, and which live on their servers, so it is easy for CityFALCON customers to pay us without actually signing up on their site.
When you click or tap the Manage Subscription button in the Subscription Portal, you are actually taken to Chargebee's systems. Your connection to CityFALCON is recorded and they send us a confirmation that you paid, then we give you access to Premium. Simple as that.
How can I change my subscription?
To change your subscription, visit the Subscription Tab while signed into CityFALCON. From there, you will see a button "Manage Subscription". This will take you to the Chargebee portal, where you can change your subscription level by clicking on your current plan and navigating to Edit Subscription.

How do I change my renewal period from one month to another period?
The default billing period is one month, but you can change that. In fact, we even offer discounts to those that decide to commit for longer. This can be done at sign up time or later, if you wish.
During the sign up process, you can simply select the longer plan instead of the 1 month plan. On the other hand, if you want to change later, you'll need to to choose another payment period plan. It will take effect from the renewal date. But you can't change the renewal period in the middle of a billing cycle.
How can I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel your subscription through the Subscription Tab and the Manage Subscription button. From there, you will be sent to Chargebee's payment portal, where you can select your current subscription plan and cancel it. You won't be charged at your next renewal date. And that's it.
Can I get a refund if I cancel?
Unfortunately we unable to provide refunds for any payments unless you were charged in error, such as a double charge. We also don't charge during the trial period, so if you cancel during this period, your card won't incur any charges.
The only exception to this rule is when we make major changes to what goes into a plan. For example, if we change a Silver feature into a Gold one, Silver users may be entitled to a partial refund. See our Refund Policy in the Terms and Conditions.
Are Premium features still available if I go back to a Basic plan?
Because we do not offer refunds, you are entitled to use the features of the plan of your current billing cycle. For example, if you downgrade from Gold to Silver, you will not receive a refund for the difference, but you will retain access to the Gold features until your next billing date.
At the next billing date, your will be charged for the Silver plan and your access to the Gold features will no longer work.
Please note that due to our current system implementation, downgrades and cancellations will take effect immediately. If you downgrade or cancel too soon, you may re-upgrade during your current billing cycle without any charge.
We apologise for this inconvenience and are working to fix the issue as soon as possible.
How do I redeem a discount code?
We may give away discounts and coupons during promotions or for various other reasons. If you have a discount code, you can redeem it on the Chargebee Portal.
In short: if you are signing up for the first time, find the Apply Coupon link on the first page. If you already have a subscription, go to the Edit Subscription screen and apply your coupon there. A coupon text field will appear where you can enter your code. Apply the code, check your price, and update your subscription.

How do I modify my payment information?
You can modify your payment information by clicking on Manage Subscription in the Subscription Portal, which will take you to Chargebee's platform. Once there, you can edit your payment information by clicking the link to Payment Methods then clicking on the card on file you want to change.
Does Premium automatically renew?
Yes, your premium subscription will automatically renew on the renewal date for the billing period you have selected (monthly, bimonthly, annually, or biannually). You can easily see the renewal date from your Subscription Portal, and you can find the billing period on the Chargebee portal by clicking the Manage Subscription button.
Can I prepay for more than one billing period?
We don't currently accept prepayments for future periods of service, so you wont be able to pay extra for future service unless you commit to one of the longer billing periods we already offer. If you want to prepay for a period that matches one of our billing period options, you'll even get a discount!
What is the introductory price?
This is the price we are offering while multiple features are still under development. As more features come online, our prices will rise to cover additional overhead costs. We expect prices to stabilize around the "regular price" we've listed. If you sign up for a longer commitment, you'll be able to lock in the lower per-month prices, even as we add more features.
Why can I not upgrade from Android?
We do not support upgrades from Android due to the high fees payable to mobile distribution platforms. Please sign up through our desktop or mobile website. See our short tutorial for help.
