The Trending Bar is a horizontal bar that shows the currently trending topics and how their frequency has increased over your specified time period. You can preview the stories from the topic by clicking on it. You can choose what criteria determine trending topics from the Trending Bar, too.
On desktop it is accessible from the right side of the watchlists page.
On the mobile platform, the Trending Bar resides on the Trending Tab, above the stories.
