The most common way to sign up for CityFALCON is with an email address. Alternatively, some users may prefer to sign up via other means, such as Twitter or Facebook. Sometimes, unfortunately, those sign in methods cause issues, though.
If you have issues, try signing in with the email address you initially signed up for CityFALCON with. If you've forgotten the password, see below.
Resetting Passwords
To reset a forgotten password, navigate to the normal sign-in prompt and request Reset Password (red arrow below). A reset link will be sent to that email address. Enter the email address associated with your CityFALCON account, not the email address associated with the alternative sign-in method (if different).
No email found
In cases when you signed up directly through another method such as AppleID, we will have no record of your email address. In those cases, please contact us by email at contact@cityfalcon.com.
