You won't always want to use the default settings for your news, so you might want to change the filters. To do so, you just need to integrate the filter parameters into your sentences.
We cannot provide all the filter categories that are available on the visual platform, but the ones we have included are the most impactful. We can, however, give better options on time frames, as you can freely speak different times.
The story order parameters are the same as on the website: top, latest, most read, most popular. As for time periods, most people choose common ones, like 15 minutes, one hour, or one day. However, since this filter is unrestricted, you can also ask for 26 minutes, six hours, or nine days.
For example, if you want to hear only the most relevant stories on your active watchlist from the past 15 minutes, say What are the top stories from the last fifteen minutes. Or perhaps you want them listed in the most recent order: What are the latest stories from the last day.
If you want to also specify a particular topic instead of everything on the particular watchlist, you can say something like What are the top stories for Google from the last hour.
